Welcome to ExecMind. These terms apply to services provided through our website ExecMind.pro and any associated channels. By engaging with ExecMind, you agree to comply with these terms. ExecMind is registered in Singapore with Business ID S7948556A, located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956.

1. Services

1.1 Business Coaching for Top Management

ExecMind provides customized business coaching sessions designed for top management professionals seeking strategic guidance and enhanced leadership skills. Sessions are conducted in person or via secure video conference. You agree to pay fees in advance as set forth at the time of enrollment.

1.2 Info Products

ExecMind offers digital materials including courses, guides, and templates accessible upon purchase. Access credentials are provided via email. All content remains the intellectual property of ExecMind.

1.3 Goods

ExecMind may offer branded merchandise and printed materials. Delivery times vary based on location. Title and risk pass upon delivery to the designated address.

2. Fees

All fees are due before delivery of services, access to info products, or shipment of goods. ExecMind accepts major credit methods as indicated at checkout.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Coaching Services

To request a refund for coaching sessions, notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time by using our contact form. Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 days and credited to the original payment method. Alternatively, sessions may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge if arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling requirements.

3.2 Info Products

Requests for a refund of digital content must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Submit requests via the contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

3.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us through the contact form. Return shipping costs are reimbursed only if the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

4. Changes to Terms

ExecMind may revise these terms at any time by posting updated content on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
